Welcome to Wallace Fitness,

My name is Cormac Wallace and I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve always had an interest in exercise science and muscle building so I decided to create Wallace Fitness in an effort to promote physical exercise and proper nutrition as a way of dealing with stress, depression and anxiety.

We have a range of different workout programs suited to people of all fitness levels.

I also offer the option of a customised training program through my Online Coaching package. This includes a consultation via Skype (or in person) to assess where you are at and what your goals are, a tailored training and nutrition program and regular check-ups. For further information don't hesitate to get in touch.
