ADVANCED MALE TRAINING PROGRAM
This program is made up of 2 training phases lasting 5 weeks each. Phase 1 will consist of a 5 day Push, Pull, Legs split. Phase 2 will consist of a 6 day |Back & Biceps|, |Chest & Triceps|, |Legs| and |Shoulders, Trap & Forearms| split.
