BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE MALE TRAINING PROGRAM
This training program consists of 2 training phases which last 4 weeks each. Phase 1 consists of a 3 day Push, Pull & Legs split. Phase 2 consists of a 4 day Push, Pull, Legs & Core/Cardio Split. This pack includes the training program and exercise diagrams explaining how to complete each exercise. Your program is sent to your email so you can access your program from your phone while you're at the gym.
